Built inside a working production brewery
Maintenance software that speaks glycol, CIP, and draft lines
Work orders, PM schedules, QR-coded assets, and client request portals — for breweries, wineries, and distilleries, and the multi-client contractors who keep them pouring.
Free while in early access · unlimited users & sites · no credit card required
How it works
From taped-up sticky note to paid invoice
Three steps. No training sessions, no implementation consultants, no enterprise sales call.
01
QR your equipment
Print label sheets in one click and stick them on tanks, chillers, and draft systems. Scanning a label opens that asset's full history on any phone — gloves on.
02
Requests flow in
Every site gets a shareable portal link. Bartenders, brewers, and managers report problems in 20 seconds — no accounts, photos included. Requests land in your triage queue.
03
Work gets done — and billed
Convert a request to a work order, assign a tech, capture parts and hours as you go. Completed work rolls straight into a Stripe invoice your client can pay online.
The product
Your whole operation on one screen
Every site, every asset, every open job — with the costs already attached. This is the dashboard your techs actually open.

Features
Everything between the leak and the paid invoice
One system for the whole loop: report it, schedule it, fix it, cost it, bill it.
Work orders & PM schedules
Recurring schedules generate work orders by themselves, checklists and parts attached. Overdue work nags the assignee automatically — not you.
Client request portals
A shareable link per site. Staff report problems from a phone in 20 seconds — no accounts, photos included, spam protection built in.
QR assets + scanning
Print label sheets in one click. Scan a tank to pull its history, open a work order, or log a meter reading — built for gloves-on work.
Parts & low-stock alerts
Stock levels with minimums that ping you before you run out. Unit costs are snapshotted onto every job, so history never rewrites itself.
Quotes → e-sign → contracts
Send maintenance proposals clients accept online — ESIGN/UETA consent captured, agreement text frozen at signature, contract created automatically.
Stripe invoicing from completed WOs
Roll parts and labor from completed work orders straight into a Stripe invoice with a hosted payment page. Recurring contract billing included.
Reports: costs, MTTR/MTBF
Cost per asset, per site, per month — plus mean time to repair and between failures. Know which tank is quietly eating your margin.
Tech scheduling & skills
Skill tags and load-aware assignment: see who knows refrigeration and who has bandwidth before you hand out the job.
Pricing
Flat per company. Never per user.
The big CMMS players charge $20–75 per seat, per month. Here, growing your crew never grows your software bill — every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited sites.

FAQ
Fair questions
Can I switch from Asset Essentials, Limble, or UpKeep?
Yes — export your assets to CSV and use the built-in importer (it understands the column layouts from Asset Essentials, Limble, UpKeep, and MaintainX). Most teams are scanning QR labels the same afternoon.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan is one flat price per company with unlimited users and unlimited sites. Hiring a fourth tech shouldn't trigger a software bill — that's the whole point.
What do my clients get?
Two things. Each site has a no-login request portal link their staff use to report problems from a phone. And you can issue read-only client viewer logins, so a client can watch their own site's work orders and pay their invoices — and nothing else.
Are the e-signed agreements legally binding?
Acceptance captures ESIGN/UETA consent along with the signer's name, title, IP address, timestamp, and a frozen copy of the agreement text. The built-in agreement templates are starting points, not legal advice — have your attorney review your terms.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — your assets, work orders, and history export to CSV anytime. Your data is yours; no exit fees, no sales call to leave.
